Lower your costs: the AI analysis, the recommendations and the savings tracker.

AI analysis

The tool's rules spot known waste. The AI complements them: it reads what you are billed, service by service and across all your providers, to bring out what no rule foresaw.

Recommendations → To handle: at the top, the AI analysis of your costs, then each possible saving, priced, with its project.

Organisation settings → Security: the AI analysis, which the owner switches off or back on; what it receives is recalled on the left.

  • At the top of the Recommendations page: a summary of your spending, the highlights of your bills, the recommendations to start with, and leads the rules do not cover. It is renewed when your bills or your recommendations change, at most once a day.
  • For dashboards: you describe in one sentence the view you need, the AI proposes a dashboard that you check and adjust.

The AI advises, it does not put figures on things: the amounts shown remain those read from your providers, and the order of magnitude of an AI lead is flagged as an estimate to check.

It receives your cost data, stripped of your account numbers, of the names of your organisation, of your cloud accounts and of your team, and of any access credential. The analysis receives the names of your projects and apps, except those of AWS accounts, referred to by their rank; composing a dashboard receives these names only if you tick the box in its form. The details of the data sent and of the AI provider are in the privacy policy.

The AI is optional. The organisation's owner switches it off in Organisation settings → Security, and the choice is written to the activity log. Off, nothing more is sent to the AI provider; nothing is deleted: the last analysis stays shown without updates, and the dashboards described in a sentence are composed by rules. Everything else works the same: costs, the rules' recommendations, budgets, alerts and exports.
